Your order is usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
Shipping fees are fixed and depend on the geographic area of ​​the delivery address. They include a contribution to costs of preparation, packing and postage costs.

You are informed of the departure of your order by e-mail which contains the tracking number of the package and the carrier's IP address to monitor shipping. This information is also available on your account.

For Corsica, you must select Colissimo with signature or Colissimo without signature. Any order to Corsica with the carrier GLS will be canceled.

GLS :

GLS delivers parcels on business days, ie Monday to Friday. Parcel delivery occurs in less than 24 hours to most French regions. This regular delivery time however is not insured or guaranteed.

Usually a parcel is delivered to you personally. You will confirm its good reception by signing on the delivery of the delivery driver GLS. Another member of your family may also receive the parcel for you.

In case of absence:

GLS ask a neighbor if he can support your package. If no neighbor is able to receive the GLS can deposit at the World Relais® Point Relay nearest GLS Mondial Relay and being partners. The parcel will be removed within 7 days.

If delivery of the package turns out to be impossible, not even a neighbor or close Relais® Point, GLS return the package to the agency (distribution center).

If the package can not be delivered to the address indicated, the GLS delivery driver leaves a notice containing essential information such as the name of the neighbor to which the package was delivered, redelivery options or information on the Point Relais®.

The calling card has a number, the "Track ID". You can use this number or the parcel number to track your package online, from your smartphone or SMS.
