DELIVERY

Our logistics department is open Monday to Friday morning (except holidays). It is responsible to prepare and ship your order according to the date and time of receipt of your payment.

Your order is usually shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your payment.
Shipping fees are fixed and depend on the geographic area of ​​the delivery address. They include a contribution to costs of preparation, packing and postage costs.

GLS :

GLS delivers parcels on business days, ie Monday to Friday. Parcel delivery occurs in less than 24 hours to most French regions. This regular delivery time however is not insured or guaranteed.

Usually a parcel is delivered to you personally. You will confirm its good reception by signing on the delivery of the delivery driver GLS. Another member of your family may also receive the parcel for you.

In case of absence:
