Refund

You just received your order and you want to return an item?

We take your article, if it is:
- Unwashed
- Not tried (ie not tried even once)
- Folded
- With the manual (for baby carriers)
- In its original packaging


Within 14 days of the receipt of your order, send us an e-mail with your order number : service-client@linglingsling.com

Please contact us before sending is the parcel.

You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
We will refund the returned item within 30 days after its reception

Exchange

You just received your order and you want to change colors or even an article?

We take your article, if it is:
- Unwashed
- Not tried (ie not tried even once)
- Folded
- With the manual (for baby carriers)
- In its original packaging

Please contact us before sending is the parcel.
You will be responsible for return shipping fees.
We will refund the returned item within 30 days after its reception.

If the exchange is at the same price as the returned product, we will reship the new product you upon receipt of the returned product.
If the exchange is at a different price as the returned product, we will issue a voucher of the price of the returned product. And you will be able to use this voucher to buy the new article.
